2. Overview: this website uses no tracking

This website is a pure portfolio. No analytics or marketing services, ad networks, social media plugins, embedded videos or maps, and no external font services are used. The typeface used (Plus Jakarta Sans) is served locally from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts is made.

No cookies are set for analytics, profiling or advertising purposes, and no information is stored on or read from your device for such purposes. For this reason no consent under § 25 TDDG is required and no cookie banner is shown.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated) and delivered via their content delivery network. When you access the site, the server processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and possibly the previously visited page. This data is required to deliver the site and to defend against attacks.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation of the website). As the hosting provider is based in the United States, this processing involves a transfer of data outside the EU/EEA. Details on the provider's security measures are available at lovable.dev/security. The retention period of server log data follows the technical and legal requirements of the hosting provider. This transfer is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2, Controller-to-Processor, Commission Decision 2021/914), as set out in Lovable's Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies for analytics, profiling or advertising purposes. If you switch the language of the site, your choice is stored in a technically necessary entry in your browser’s local storage (key “emyli-lang”) so the site appears in your language on your next visit. This entry contains no personal data, is not transmitted, and is exempt from consent under § 25(2) TDDG; you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. Should the hosting provider set a purely technical cookie for load balancing or attack prevention, it is likewise strictly necessary for operation.

5. Contact by email

There is no contact form on this website. If you contact me at the email address provided, I process your details (name, email address, content of the message) solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a work, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other matters. Your message is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply. Sending and receiving takes place via my email provider, which processes the messages on my behalf.

6. Recipients of the data

Your data is only passed on to the hosting provider as a processor and to your and my email provider if you contact me. There is no sale or disclosure for advertising purposes.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Simply contact Studio@emyli.de.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
